I dont get why we are agreeing to disagree, when the reasoning alone, still hasnt been explained. Im questioning WHY we have to go through a mini game of "Ok that would have been diamond, but sadly you didnt go kill 4 random other low level animals, so unlucky!" Why cant i spawn at a lodge, go on foot for 15min, find and secure a beautiful spot, use my callers/scents - Attract and find/see that level 8 Mythical - Aim up, lure it, killshot (quick) - go harvest, and get a diamond rate for me going out my way to properly hunt? What im unhappy most about, is that i am MADE, to go randomly kill 4 animals of any sort, providing there levels 1-3 (i think?) - before i can score a "Diamond" for a kill of any other sort. It's also best to shoot to kill and not just shoot at an animal hoping to hit some part of it somehow."īut noone was questioning the type of shot/killing to which we were doing to an animal, which in effect also plays no part in the CH in general, cause quick kills on your first 4 kills, are not needed to actually score the CH percentage.
It's best to never assume that an animal you wounded will ultimately recover. "Many animals that you may only see "flesh wound" or "non-vital hit" on actually die later on. Just seems like a really un-needed feature.ĭidnt realize we were in a debate, but to touch up on your first post, you went into an explanation about. What if i do want to spend my time, just seeking and hunting out that special/big proper game, killing it instantly with a splendid quick kill shot to the spin/heart - and having the diamond result in effect? What if i dont want to go randomly slaughter some level 1 trivial deers? I just dont get such a feature and why its even needed to begin with, seems really shoddy in terms of a realistic hunting game, that i HAVE to kill some random females, just to build up a high cons harvest, in order to score diamond. Now i find out, you have to hunt 5 random small ANY game animals (Females?) - to build up the cons harvest to 80%, THEN, you go hunt the BIG one you are after of ANY game, and THAT specific kill, will get you 100%. So - ive finally realized why im missing out on the "diamond/golds" and i constantly struggled to wonder wtf Consecutive harvest was, and why it was always 0-20% randomly.
